Frontier Incubators are a group of 31 accomplished organisations from 17 countries from across Asia and the Pacific. They partnered with the global leaders in the field of acceleration with valuable skills and experience, and a willingness to assist with the capability-building of other organisations. The capability program was a combination of intensive in-person seminars and training, study tours, virtual learning, mentoring and peer support.
We have collaboratively developed two interactive resources for impact-focused incubators and accelerators, which combine some of the best tools, frameworks, strategies, insights and lessons we learned and shared during Frontier Incubators.
The Guide to Impact Incubation and Acceleration offers a thorough and practical overview of key topics related to incubation and acceleration. We recognise that no matter how experienced, we are all constantly learning how to improve what we do and adapt our approaches entrepreneur support. This guide is here to do just as it says – to guide you through a range of topics and ideas that you may not have previously considered, and to prompt new thinking about implementing impactful entrepreneur support programs.
The Gender Lens Incubation and Acceleration is a result of collaboration between the Sasakawa Peace Foundation’s Asia Women Impact Fund, and Frontier Incubators. It is an interactive resource to guide accelerators and incubators through the journey of uncovering how their activities impact, and are experienced by different gendered groups. This toolkit will equip us the users with the mindset, strategies, and frameworks to amend and improve both their organisations and programs to increase accessibility and inclusivity of our work by all genders.
