Masterclass Series: Gender & Power

The Frontier Incubators Workshop took place in November 2018. Over the course of five days, the Frontier Incubators Program Partners delivered a series of masterclasses on topics relating to incubation and acceleration. These sessions were recorded, and have been made publicly available so that you too can share in the ideas that were discussed, and the resources that were provided. The final topic in this series, Gender & Power, looks at the different ways that gender and power imbalances impact the work of incubators and accelerators. How can we identify these imbalances, and what can we do to address them? Is there a one size fits all approach? How do we navigate the nuances of geography, culture and history within the context that we work? What is a gender lens and how can it be used?
